Comments (English): Castel D'Arno near Perugia in central Italy, was a freindly experience even before we got out of the car. Our GPS and mapquest directions couldn't get us in the neighborhood, so Sergio came out about 8 kms to rescue us. Sergio, his dog Achille, and a variety of cats, all suffer from terminal frendliness. Even though our arrival was late, he led us to a local restaurant that was exceptional, and he had called to have them keep it open late just for us...We ate with the staff, and it was a hoot! Our stay was too short, there are many things near Perugia to enjoy... even the snoring of a Great Pyrenees dog underfoot.
